Essential Ticket Information:
Please ensure the name on your ticket matches your ID. We will check this on the door. Tickets brought from third party sites will not be accepted. Only tickets bought directly from RA or DICE will be accepted.
If you can no longer attend the festival, you are able to place your ticket in the resale by logging into your Resident Advisor account. The RA resale service provides the opportunity to receive the full amount you paid for a ticket minus the booking fee.
The resale service ensures you will be protected from fraudsters, and will only pay face value for a GALA‘26 ticket. This is the only official channel to resell tickets.
Please resist the temptation to buy from anyone claiming to have a legitimate ticket. We have already had numerous reports of scammers successfully taking advantage of the demand.
More information on the RA resale can be found here.

- Last entry for general tickets is on the Friday is 6pm
- Last entry for general tickets on Saturday and Sunday is 5pm
- For resident tickets, entry is pre-3.30pm on Friday and pre-2pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Please adhere to the entry time stated on your ticket. The different entry times helps our team manage people flow and queues on the day.
We cannot guarantee entry if you arrive later than your ticket time or after the last entry. We cannot make case by case exceptions.
We cannot swap tickets to different days or ticket types.
How do I get there?
The festival entrance is opposite Colyton Road on the South side of the Park (What Three Words: option.lost.plants) and the nearest train stations are Peckham Rye (1 mile / 20 minute walk) and Honor Oak Park (1.1 miles / 22 minute walk).
If you plan to travel by Lime Bike or Forest Bike, there is a designated parking zone within Peckham Rye Park & Common – opposite the Clockhouse Pub, just off Peckham Rye. Here you can finish your ride without incurring a fine. You will not be able to end your ride in any other location within the park/common or on roads surrounding it – this geofence will be visible on your e-bike app when you get closer to the event. The parking zone will be marked with signage and barriers.
If you are planning on coming from abroad please drop us an email at [email protected], we’d be happy to help where we can.
Where is the taxi pick up area located?
Taxi & pick-up is now located on East Dulwich Road (SE22 9BD) (Tesco Express forecourt parking area)
There is no car parking available near the site. We encourage you to please take bus, train or other public transport to get to the festival.
Due to multiple roadworks in place in Peckham (at the same time), we advise that your journey time may take longer than usual. Please avoid using taxis to journey to the festival as they’ll be contributing to the congestion in Peckham.

Wellbeing Strategy
GALA and Don’t Be A Creep have a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, assault, and abuse of any kind. To uphold this we have developed a wellbeing strategy to both safeguard our audience and deal with individuals who go against our policy.
We have a welfare area and safe space on site which is run by trained professionals. They work together with a specialist security response team who are radioed if an incident is reported.
Read our Wellbeing Strategy here.
Southwark Day Centre for Asylum Seekers
For a fifth year in a row we will be fundraising for Southwark Day Centre for Asylum Seekers (SDCAS), a local charity who have supported over 25,000 clients in their 25 years of operation. They are a small organisation who are wholly dependent on volunteers, donations and fundraising. When you see someone in a hi-vis jacket representing the charity at GALA, please give what you can.
