Inclusion is our ongoing effort to celebrate diversity and identify then minimise barriers to participation.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment and bullying. We recognise this statement is not enough and we are fortunate that we have had no reported cases. However, we must be proactive and push ourselves towards preventing these issues occurring in the future.
We are reviewing a series of governmental and industry body recommendations to improve the inclusivity of the festival. We will measure and report publicly the ethnic and gender diversity of GALA staff, DJs, and where possible of those working on-site.
